At Studio Arhoj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique handmade ceramics and glassware. If your order isn't quite right, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization code.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with ample protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our Copenhagen studio without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the package using a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
