Where are your products made?
Every Studio Arhoj piece is designed and hand-cast or hand-blown in our Copenhagen studio. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in glaze, color, and size make every piece unique.
How do I care for my ceramics?
Most of our stoneware is dishwasher safe, but to keep your items in pristine condition, we recommend hand-washing. Please avoid thermal shock by not moving items directly from a cold freezer to a hot oven.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide from Denmark. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
What if my order arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging our fragile items, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we do not offer traditional gift wrapping, our items are packed securely in high-quality materials. You can also add a personalized gift message to your order during the checkout process.
